「There wasn’t much variety in the menu and the specials were the same over the three days. Also we thought it was a little expensive. I thought it was b & b only to find out when we arrived it wasn’t.」

「The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over.」

「The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The only slight problem was the shower was very slow to drain away and at one point I was worried the water was going to go over the top of the shower tray. (But it didn't) We didn't cook in the apartment but it had everything you would need if you choose to. There was even a dishwasher and washing machine. It was very to town and easy to find and easy to check in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay...

After a very long journey in the heat really didn't want to get the car out again and was able to walk to the Tesco Express and back in less than ten minutes. Check-in and communication with host was great - we phoned twice and the call was answered immediately both times. 「The property itself was well presented and clean, and the room was also clean on arrival. However, we had booked a "Luxury King Room" and felt the description was somewhat misleading. The bed was actually a double rather than a king-size bed (which I later noticed is stated in the room details), so the room name itself felt confusing. I’d also say the "luxury" description was an overstatement, as the room felt more basic/average than expected. Unfortunately, we had quite a poor night's sleep....

「The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!」

「Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Parking is tight and £15 per night for guests. No air con in rooms so they get very warm. We were above the pub entrance area on the 2nd floor so noisy around 7am. In a great location for the centre of Harrogate and would stay again and ask for a room on the front where it’s likely to be less noisy」
