「Superb "Inn Style" accommodation. Above a local pub so access to food really easy. Cosy well kept room with fridge, very comfy bed and clean bathroom.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good.
If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival.
I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time.」

From sorting out late night taxis, to extending checkout times for one member of our group, nothing seemed to be a problem. 「Very quirky 600 year old thatched building. We had a large room for 3 of us and a lovely big bathroom with a huge shower cubicle and a bath. The bed was very comfortanle and we slept well even though the building is on a busy road. If you only like 5* hotels, this is not for you! There was ample parking.」
「The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure that the gluten free member of our group was catered for at breakfast. The room was clean, and the beds comfy afrer walking the Thames path. I wiuld stay here again in a heartbeat and am thinking of retyrning with my family due to the location and price. 」
「We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!」
「Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. If in the area would stay again.」
