Sunsets and bonfires go hand in hand at the end of a day of swimming or boating on the lake. Two large Queen sized bedrooms, second bedroom has an extra daybed with trundle, along with a flex room/office/living room that can serve as a semi private 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed.(see photos for more information).

Upstairs: Full modern kitchen with a new gas stove, dishwasher, butcherblock counter, and walkout deck. Also, living room/office, two bedrooms, and full bath. Split AC Unit with ceiling fans. Enjoy your coffee with amazing lake views on the upper deck off of the kitchen or wind down at days end with a cocktail and experience the beautiful sunset views.

Downstairs: Wet bar with full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and gas fireplace with lakeside walk out and full lower deck with grill to make outside entertaining easy! The walkout basement is a great place to entertain on cooler evenings or to watch a game on the 58" TV. Expandable table (140") perfect for a scrapbooking weekend!

Explore Big and Little Crooked lakes (total 350 acres) via the navigable channel with available kayaks or your own boat launched from the public access and docked in front of TLC (The Little Crooked Cottage).

The TLC is located amongst an abundance of activities for your summer and winter enjoyment including mountain biking, paved bike paths, golf and winter activities:
- Brighton State Recreation, Bishop Lake (5 minutes) Horseback Riding
- Kensington Metro Park (golf) and Island Lake State Park (15 minutes)
- Mt Brighton Ski Hill (5 minutes)
- Huron Valley Metro Park for golf in the summer and groomed Cross Country Ski trails in the winter. (10 minutes)
- Oak Pointe Country Club ( A Club Corp Private Course) is within an easy walking distance.
