「My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at...

「No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

「Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch」

「空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。 ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。 冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！ 飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。」

「This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to...

「Very relaxing break at this lovely hotel&spa.The pool and spa facilities are 5 star -highly recommend.Showers very clean and pool and jacuzzi really good. Things which were oddly missing:safes or mini fridges in the room.Was inconvenient carrying purses around Breakfast though lovely could do with more vegetarian options and fruit/yoghurts etc Staff were lovely from Alison at reception to the staff at the Spa.I would give it a 5 star 」

The only improvements would be as follows: - A fridge in the room would have been a helpful amenity - The pillows were extremely chunky so maybe an option of a flatter size? - The bins in the car park were overflowing with rubbish - The curtains need to be longer as they let in light all the way along the...

「Breakfast was fine. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Very disappointed that we were not advised in advance there would be major building construction at the hotel. More so right outside our window. In addition to having carpentry work on the doors with tools blocking the corridor inside. A strange phenomenon was the toilet. My wife and I both disabled found it near impossible to flush the toilet. The flushing button was difficult to access and use especially at night. 」
