「We stayed for 1 night so wasn't a full experience but clean, comfortable bed and great location for walking around Caloundra,great blackout curtains」

「We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV. 「The resort is in the middle of nowhere,you must come by your own transport,which was rather disappointing, the best thing about it was it is good value, swimming pool desperately needed cleaning, tiles missing, spa non existent, gym locked, the weather was good, eating in the golf club was good.」

「After my partner was unexpectedly admitted to Sunshine Coast Hospital, I needed urgent overnight accommodation and got the last available room. The 1-night room rate was excellent and online booking through the Expedia app with pre-check-in was easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The basic breakfast in room (cereal) was much appreciated. I would stay here again if I required accommodation close to SCUH.」

「Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.」

「The hotel location is very good with the lake nice view. But that's a shame that I couldn't have a relax time at the terrace because the facilities seen below are eyesore and noisy.」

「Excellent location at the back of the Kawana shopping centre with supermarkets or the other direction it’s 2 blocks from the beach with a Life Saving club. Also central on the Sunshine Coast. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed and a small maintenance issue was fixed that day. The underground car spaces are very tight.」
