「No contact with staff other than email. Room wasn’t serviced to expected standard. Tradies working from very early in the morning. Older place that needs some refreshing.」

「Cabin was not cleaned. There was mould near the bottom of the shower. The extra beds we paid for weren’t made like I was told they would be. That caravan park itself looked like a dump. I have no problem with the permanent residents, however, the management might need to talk to them as a lot the permanent sites looked like they weren’t maintained at all. Will not be back.」

「Very comfortable beds. Large size rooms with everything you need to an overnight stay. Loved the concept of the security lock on the glass doors, felt very secure and safe. Very clean and all staff were very welcoming and friendly.」

「I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two.」
