The property was immaculately clean inside. We felt very comfortable there.Sorry but “Mountain cottage” description is not accurate. It’s in town a few blocks from Main Street. I would have liked a reclining chair. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. We had a white squirrel visiting us every day too.Brevard is a nice little town with friendly people and shops that were geared to tourists. They really have the best of small town vibe going on. The park is really great also with camping, hiking, waterfalls.

Staying here felt like going to Grandma's house for the weekend. Quaint but comfortable! We really enjoyed the record selection, afternoon hangs in the sunroom, and evenings on the front porch swing.

This house and location is AMAZING!!! We walked to everything in town and even saw a white squirrel while enjoying the sun porch! Everything exceeded expectations and we WILL be back!

Quaint and Quiet

We went to Brevard to relax, hike, and thrift. This Vrbo home was a great hub for all that and more! It is tucked in a little neighborhood on a couple blocks from the cute little town with lots of thrifting and eatery options. The house was on a quiet street. It had so many great amenities and had everything we needed to relax. The beds were comfortable And the couch was great for hanging out. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed seeing the white squirrel. We were 15 minutes from beautiful trails with waterfalls. The host was very responsive. Thanks!

Spring Weekend

Charming cottage with eclectic flair. We so enjoyed our girls' weekend here. There are so many spaces to enjoy and we took advantage of them all - back patio, front porch, comfy living room (love, love, love the green sectional), sunroom, and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely cottage near town

This cottage was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet while also being walkable to town. We really enjoyed the back yard and deck which had a nice eating area and grill. Very nice living room as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cottage-Great Location

This is our second stay at this sweet, eclectic cottage. We love it! Very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bath are well equipped. I love the sun room in the morning for coffee and squirrel watching. Two blocks from Main and close to our favorite restaurants. We’re looking forward to returning.

Comfort in Brevard NC

This was a very clean and comfortable home. A short stroll away from Main Street. We were minutes away from everything we could want. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time and this sweet little house was so comfortable and stylish. It is fully stocked with extra towels, linens, and all the things! The backyard was quiet and the perfect place to eat and visit in the evening. We hope to return!

We were so pleased with our experience at this fantastic home and with the host. The decor was great and it provided everything we needed plus some. The location is within walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Would definitely book again in the future.

Lovely cottage with personality and thoughtful touches!

Ideal location in a lovely cottage. You can tell the owner cares for this property with all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It has everything you could possibly want or need in the bathroom, sunroom, kitchen, well every where. Great appliances. I always appreciate the presence of good salt and pepper, oil and other cooking staples! Thank you for a great getaway. Would definitely book again.

Great house!

Rheney was a great host. Communication was always quick. The house is a 1950's bungalow with loads of old school character. My wife and I went to Brevard to unwind for the weekend and this house is the perfect place to do just that. We both enjoyed the Carolina porch in the morning for coffee, the large kitchen and dinning room for dinner. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook. A lot of places have bare minimum household items but not here, it was well stocked from kitchen items to blankets. Location is only a block and a half from downtown, definitely within walking distance. Overall great experience and when we come back to Brevard we will definitely stay here.
