"Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice and clean and the location was good. The room was roomy and nice except for at first it had a funky smell in the room and we found a dead roach on the floor. The bed was comfortable and pillows were okay. There was a free breakfast but it was rather disappointing. Besides all of this, we had a good stay."

"The hotel used to be Hyatt. It's a little hard to find since it's a little hidden but it was worthwhile staying there. Price was very reasonable. Room is spacious. It had two full size beds and a sofa sleeper. It was decorated nicely. Plenty of security cameras throughout the building so we felt safe. Not sure what happened with WiFi; it was not offered or not available. The air conditioner kept the room cold but our AC unit made a little noise like the "artificial rain" instrument. Beds were a little soft but the linens were clean. Water pressure was really good on second floor, a little too strong. Breakfast was simple. Eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, apples, mixed fruit, biscuits or waffles. Pets are not allowed. Expedia listing is wrong saying they are allowed. Had to make other arrangements back home for our dog. We enjoyed the time we spent there since it wasn't crazy busy. It was nice and quiet. I would stay here again if I was in the area."

The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles."
