「Great Hotel」

「Our floor was shut off so we had to go up a floor and then down the fire escape to get to our room! We had food in the hotel but the food took ages and our kids dessert came out after asking for it three times! In the room next door there was some much noise! Someone else had call security that came but instead of say that they heard them a came to see what was going on they told them someone had complained!! The guy in the room went mad and kept asking who complained!! My wife and children...

「A decent B&B with great staff, nice layout and quality furnishings. It's still new so they are working hard to put everything in place but this is still a wonderful B&B in a prime location and is great value. There is free, high speed Wi-Fi available which is great. It's a fairly quiet venue even with being located in the centre of town, there is very little disturbance which makes for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend.」

「We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable.」

「Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room. During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

「The room and hotel was not what was advertised. Pros - - spacious room - plenty free parking spot - tea & coffee options in the room - comfortable clean bed - loads of storage - iron and ironing board - huge bed - loads of storage area Cons - The room was failing and in desperate need of renovation or even a lick of fresh paint. I dared not touch the kettle as it was covered with limescale. The carpet needs replacing, windows needs fixing. Door is so loud when closed. Overall feel, it is...

「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」

「It was a hot summer when I stay the hotel. My room does not have any air conditionings. The nights were so hot to sleep well. Hotel wifi were very unstable and the credit card system were down at the restaurant.」
