A bed for everyone

We stayed at the Highlands house as an extended family of 9 from Florida to enjoy a winter vacation. The house was located nicely for all of our activities. Wal-Mart, Safeway and Frisco Adventure Park were a short drive north, and Breckenridge was a short drive to the south. The house was spacious. Everyone had a bed and most had their own private bath. Fireplaces around the house made for warm and cozy ambiance. The kids were able to play in the ample snow right in the yard and a couple of sleds were in the garage for their use. We rented 2 vehicles for our stay and we’re glad to be able to park both in the enclosed garage.

Family Vacation

Great property! Our kids and grandkids came in from all across the country each family group had their own room and bathrooms. We have been coming to Breckenridge for years together, but this was our best outfitted house we have had. Loved the area north of town. Highest recommendation! Would love to stay there again!

Perfect Place to stay

Loved this house! The kitchen. Bedrooms and hang out spots were wonderful. The shuttle to breckenridge was very stress free as it was so nice to be picked up and dropped off. Highly recommend this place!!

Nice place!

Online descriptions / photos are very representative. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very well maintained property. Appreciated the QR codes around the house that linked to check-in, check-out details. Especially appreciated the easy checkout! (E.g., allowed to leave food in the fridge, etc.)

Great House

Overall it was a great house. There was an issue with the fireplace which was fixed right away. I still gave 5 stars even with this issue because of the quick response. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us and we were even able to eat together at 1 table which is hard to find.

Nice house, Great location

The home was large and fun to stay at. The fireplaces had some issues and there were some minor maintenance items like issues with the blinds. Some of the dishes were dirty, but that is more of a problem with the previous renters. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Breck.

Excellent stay!!! So happy with everything

I can not stop raving about how great our stay was. We were there for a our annual family ski trip and this house exceeded our expectations. Super clean, the house was perfect for all our family members. Jacuzzi was super clean and nice. The shuttle was a super plus to get around to the ski lift. Would definitely recommend as we are thinking of booking this house for again next year!

Perfect House

I must say that this house was more than perfect. We were 3 families and the room and common areas were just perfect. Everyone had a great room. The shuttle transportation was a big plus too. Communication was great too. Definitely will come back !! Thank you

Amazing home

The location of the home was great. It was perfect for 10 of us, more than enough room. When I needed to contact staff about the home they were so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. When we go back we hope to stay here again. One thing that could be improved was the water pressure. It was a little low and not all showers could be used at the same time, hot water would run out pretty quick. Other than that amazing home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Weekend Wedding

We booked this house as one of our properties for our daughters wedding at Sapphire point. I was super impressed with the selection of kitchen utensils and basic items. They even had a stroller and pack n play if you have small children. We enjoyed using the sleds in the garage. Will book again. The fireplace in the bedroom didn’t seem to kick on and stay on even with adjusting the thermostat. Minor inconvenience. No big deal. Wonderful hosts

Beautiful home, great location

Pros: This is a beautiful home with lots of space for family and friends. The neighborhood is only a 10 minute drive to town so the location is quiet but still close. Nice views, hiking trail picks up right behind the house, oversized hot tub. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, although you can tell people don't follow the "no metal utensils" on the cookware signs. Lots of seating both upstairs and down. It's a great setup for a large group. Cons: The beds are not that comfortable. In the master, the light from the smoke detector on the ceiling is basically a spotlight on the pillow of the person sleeping closest to the door. The master bathroom smelled strongly of urine and the fireplace in the master didn't work. The big issue though was the 3 gas leaks. Dayne, the maintenance technician who came to the house twice, was excellent and helped put our minds at at ease while making sure Xcel was contacted to investigate. Because the gas leaks were found, we were moved to a different property for our 3rd night. Pinnacle Lodging, the property management company, did find a new property quickly (and I would definitely stay where we ended up again) and they also gave me a partial refund for the hassle, which was appreciated. I do wish they'd taken my complaint of a gas smell on the first night more seriously, but they were prompt to respond to texts and did the best they could with an unfortunate and unexpected issue.

Family vacation

Our family of ten loved the house and had plenty of room to spare. The kitchen was great and very well equipped. The kids loved the foosball table and the hiking trails close by. We would recommend this house and would stay again if we get back to Colorado.
