Two luxurious condos, one unforgettable getaway. Welcome to your 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath alpine retreat that is perfect for large groups, families, or multi-generational vacations. These two private units are located one level away from the other in the same building and can be reserved together to offer space, comfort, and privacy for up to 18 guests. Just steps from Snowflake Lift, hiking trails, and vibrant Main Street, you’ll enjoy unmatched access to everything that makes Breckenridge magical.
The space
These two stacked units (3BR ground-floor condo + 4BR penthouse) provide over 2,925 sq ft of mountain-modern living, blending cozy alpine charm with upscale finishes. Though not internally connected, they’re just two flights of stairs apart in the same building, making them ideal for extended families or larger groups. This rare setup delivers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy, allowing guests to spread out without sacrificing connection.

All within a few minute of walking time.

Guest access
Guests enjoy full private access to both units, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, patios, and balconies. Shared community amenities include outdoor hot tubs, and clubhouse picnic areas.
Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.
Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am – 10pm.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance so we can best accommodate your schedule.
