This stylish 2 Bedroom plus Master Suite sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, ski locker, trash chute , garage parking (1 space assigned, additional guest spots available on first come first serve basis and additional paid parking nearby) with elevator access. This unit also has a huge oversized back patio. You will fall in love with all this unit has to offer: plush leather, slab granite counter tops, top notch floors, stainless steel appliances, 3 TV's with cable, wifi, fireplace, luxurious beds, humidifier and custom lighting.
Kitchen is equipped with all standard items plus a Keurig with free coffee, large coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster, chef's knives and pans. Patio has furniture and lots of space for the kids to play. Bathrooms are equipped with all standard items plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There are also 4 outdoor hot tubs and a pool with locker rooms located just southeast of the building.
Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
*Pool and hot tub are closed from 10/29/2022 to 11/10/2022. Rates have been decreased by 30% during this time period.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and loved it! Keith was great to work with and even made it possible for us to stay an extra night on the front end. For a family of 6 with four adult children, we had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs, and it was in a really great location. Check in was simple, underground parking, ski lockers and the hot tubs were a nice perk. The home was just a short trek to the base of Peak 9, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again!
My group and I could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property was the perfect size for us and the central location could not be beat. The host went above and beyond to communicate in a timely and hellful way.

Stayed here with our big kids (ages 17-25) and had such a nice trip. We explored Breck during the day, hung out in the condo and played games in the afternoon, then walked over to Main Street for dinner. Hot tubs were a short walk and super relaxing. Beds were all really comfortable and the condonhad everything we could possibly need!
Great place for a multi family skiing Spring Break!!! Plenty of hooks everywhere to hang all your things. Benches for putting on/off ski boots! Short downhill walk to Maggie’s Pond and access to Quicksilver. Under bed drawers in the guest room were a nice touch. Lots of couch space for an a pre ski snooze. We Loves it.
Worked great for us, and we had room for twice as many people as we came with, maybe next year! Great layout, great location, great hosts... we had a great time. All I really care about on a ski trip is being close to lift. This place was within 5 minutes and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable after a long day. Well appointed and clean. Good stuff. Breck is great!
Excellent property and a great place for a ski getaway. Very practical kitchen and living room setup. Kitchen was well stocked. There was just a short walk to lodge. You are also a couple of minutes from town and really no need to drive anywhere.
Keith was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. The condo was plenty big for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids total). Five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and 8 minute walk to downtown (we didn't have to use our cars even 1 time during our stay). And we got to watch the Eagles utterly dominate the Chiefs in the Super Bowl!
This place was great. Much more space than the photos suggest, kitchen was well stocked, and we loved walking everywhere! Its such a pain to find a parking spot on Main street. Honestly you spend less time walking almost anywhere down main street than you would spend finding a parking spot. Definitely made it on our list of places we would stay at again (its a small list, so that says a lot about this place) Thanks again!
We had an amazing time. This condo was perfect for our family….clean and well stocked with all the basic needs. The owner was really great with communication and clear/easy check in/out instructions.
My only constructive criticism would be to make it more obvious that the 3rd bedroom does not have a closing door…but rather a curtain. While the two bedrooms were enough for our crew, I might have been frustrated with more people if unable to utilize the 3rd room without noise.
This was a ski race weekend for my daughter and her friend at Breckenridge. It was a great location and great amenities. It is a great property for three adults and three children. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a bunch of extras (e.g., spices, syrup, vinegar etc.). The ski locker is very helpful. The underground parking *barely* fit our Expedition but we made it in. The pool is only open from 12pm-8pm. The open bedroom was very hot but the other two bedrooms were very cold. The outdoor deck/patio looks like a wonderful outdoor space for summer months.
Do not miss this place! TWO Kings beds! A queen, 3 twins and a couch! It is impossible to find a nice place that has so many large beds! If that’s not enough you are sooooo close to everything! Literally a 5 min walk to main st and to peak nine. To get on the sleigh rides it was 10 minutes walk. Absolutely perfect location! Check in was also a breeze, and the place is beautiful and updated! Lots of games provided, a massive patio, a fire pit, even humidifiers! (Especially great for us Florida people!)Keith is the host and he was so good with communication. Plus he provided a very detailed binder of things to do and restaurants nearby! I absolutely recommend this place!
The property was perfect for my family of 4 grandparents and we had extra beds even after that. The kitchen was well stocked with k-cups. Hot tub and pool area was nice, and just a short walk down a path to get to it. There are heated locker rooms at the pool so you can change for your walk back. Ski locker was great and perfect for getting all the ski stuff secured and out of the way. Peak 9 (which is the peak you can walk to from this place) is great for learning areas for the kids and really fun green slopes for beginner riders. There is a decent hill you have to climb to get back up to the condo from the slopes, so keep that in mind if planning to trek up with kids and all their gear. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We would love to come back to this condo again.
Attractive family condo in super convenient location!
This condo delivered everything from its listing. We were initially attracted to it from the attractive photos and the convenient location to the ski lift. However, we did not realize until we were there how convenient the location was to resort restaurants and Main Street.
We had ample room for our family of five; we had extra bedspace we did not even need. This unit is conveniently located next to the ski locker, trash chute, laundry room, and elevator. Very quiet building; no noise from neighbors. Only drawback was the community hot tubs were a short walk away and not next to the building, but it ended up not being a big deal. Owners were good communicators. Thank you for a memorable stay!
We could all only get together for 24 hours so the host was gracious to allow us to only rent for one night when multiple night stays are the norm. Thank you so much for letting me do that. This short time my family had to get together was awesome.
