「Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. The door to the baloney was very hard to open and wasn't crazy that it was a shared deck so all the neighbors could walk in front of your window and just look in, at least this was the case in the building we were in. The view was great. The restaurant looked very nice although we didn't eat there. Price was what i excepted to pay given the loocation. 」

「We spent one night in this lodge. It is along the main road so the location is convient. But we didn't get any noise of passing traffic. The room is comfortable and a simple breakfast is included. As the price I paid, I would say that it is a good deal. 」

「第一印象は無愛想でよくなかったが意外に快適な滞在になった。3階建でセルフランドリーは1階にあり、比較的小さめのホテルにも関わらず洗濯機、乾燥機がそれぞれ4台あり混むということはなかった。受付の人も、当たり前かもしれないが、違う人は対応も良く段々と印象は良くなってきた。カボットトレイルの人もドライブのための宿泊施設としては最適の立地。隣にコンビニ、徒歩2分には結構大きいスーパーがあり便利。」

「This was a great adventure. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for us. There is a bit of a hike to the yurt, which made for a peaceful and secluded stay. Andrea and Clay greeted us and showed us around the place which was beautiful. There is a river right out the door that we swam in, and the yurt was so cozy inside.」

「We had a fantastic week - Aileen was a great host - her thoughtfulness, hospitality and attention to detail were clear from the moment we arrived! The cottage had everything we needed and the view of the lake was beautiful!! The area is great for biking, kayaking, hiking and touring but also a great place to relax - we will definitely be back! 「Great place and location. Included golf was excellent. Hard to just go for a walk from the property as it was a busy road but in town for walk wasn’t far to drive. Baddeck had everything you needed and the whole Cabot Trail was there to explore as well. Unfortunate that we had Hurricane Lee come through and the weather was not stellar but made the most of it and it could have been much worse if we were in the direct Hurricane path.」

「Beautifully located on Lake Ainsley. Steep walk down to shoreline, shallow entrance to the lake, perfect to use waders for fishing. Had lots of fun fishing in this lake and in the Whycocomagh area only 15min away.Tranquile and private setting. Lots of apples trees lining the driveway and mature birch, poplars and maple trees. Rabbits and many birds came to visit :)」

「If you like to be secluded then this is the place..Beautiful setting with the water right there. The house came fully equipped, except fans because of no air and a regular coffee maker, but we made it work..We would of enjoyed the outdoors more but Mother nature had other plans.
