This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a twin-size rollaway bed, providing added flexibility for groups or for anyone traveling with little ones.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 10 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Home is not pet friendly.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
