It is a great sized condo. Wonderful having king beds! We loved having 3 bathrooms a washer, dryer and dishwasher. We loved the pool and workout amenities!The condo had a funky smell to it, like stale cigarette smoke. The floors had a sticky residue on them causing feet and socks to be black. Also, tv remotes did not work in the master bedroom, main tv remote in the living room area.

First Adult/Grandchildren family vacation!

The house is lovely. We enjoyed all the space and the king beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were happy with our overall stay!! All kitchen stuff was supplied that we needed. It took 2 days for fridge and freezer to catch up. Dealing with a management company over an individual host was a bit challenging. Yes, we had things fixed and taken care of promptly. But getting specific info. About things like the pool and hot tub was left for us to find out. When having a 13 hour drive we expected more knowledge about the property we stayed on. But the management company did not know the specifics. When A/C was problematic it was fixed promptly. After reading prior reviews I asked specifically for the floors and rugs to be exceptionally cleaned since we had new crawlers and walkers. The rug in living room is absolutely gross and has been reviewed many times with absolutely no change. I had a very nasty shower curtain but they had none to replace it. I washed it myself. My family are neat freaks and I sent several messages prior to explain that. But again it didn’t seem as important to a management company. We have rented privately before and owners took great consideration of their personal properties. This would be my request to a company. Walk through and look and see if it’s clean like you would want it for your own family. The dryer took 3 hours to dry clothes. I Looked around washer and dryer and the lint and dust was 3 inches thick around and behind it. Owners be involved

Updated and Convenient Location

Super convenient location to walk to playground, lake and clubhouse amenities. The condo is updated but still shows its age and shortcuts. Several places the paint is peeling and the floor is sliding apart or coming up. I made sure the kids had socks or shoes on bc I was afraid they would cut their feet on edge that is lifting up on the flooring. The loft provided a separate sleeping area, but it was not mentioned that their were skylights directly above the bed. What we thought would be a great space for the kids, ended up not working as they were all up before 8am on the first morning. We pre-cooked as much as we could and brought with us, but still found the kitchen tools lacking for the light kitchen work we did. For example there was not a can opener. We did appreciate the abundance of dishes and cups though. More towels, would be nice, however they all need to be replaced as they are very rough and scratchy.

Would stay again

Besides the air conditioning freezing up on a hot day, several hours waiting for a fix and some communication delays our family of 11 would stay again. Clean house.

Great stay.

Great condo. Spacious and clean. Loved the pool area. Loved having three bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms. The kids loved the loft bedroom next to their parents room. Each having their own television was a plus too. Easy walk to the pool area, golf course and lake. Playground area was nice for the two year olds. I would recommend putting up some room darkening curtains in the bedroom off the kitchen area and over the half window. Great stay overall!

Lots of room

This is a wonderful property! Well taken care of! Perfect for a larger family! Only suggestions would be more towels and some games for the kids to play. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Great experience

We had a full party of 11 and we enjoyed the house. We weren’t on top of each other and enjoyed the whole house. One problem was the floors left our kids feet brown/black from Being dirty but other than that it was a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Branson

The condo is located on a beautiful golf course with wonderful amenities! The pool was nice and included an indoor and kids pool. There was also a playground for kids. The location was perfect and not to far from the downtown. Everyone working at the golf course/resort was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the condo was a little dirty. The rug in the living room has definitely had some use. The area on the carpet that was once white/cream colored was black. Either wash that or get a new one. The floors were dirty as well. The secound day of being there my sons feet were black from walking on the floors. Just shows they were not cleaned well. And make sure you bring your own supplies. The kitchen was not well stocked and again many of the spoons/spatulas had been used heavily and should probably be replaced. Also there was a piece of trim sticking out from the wall that was dangerous for little kidos. The condo did have nice large rooms and very comfortable beds!! We enjoyed our time spent in Branson and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

Just as the pictures showed this condo was beautiful, updated and spacious. And it quickly felt like home. Location was fantastic to the golf course and pool area. Pointe Royale did not disappoint.

Clean and spacious!

This was a great place to stay. We had 2 families that consisted of 4 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space for us to all sleep and having 3 full baths was a huge plus! We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had group of ten staying in the condo with plenty of room. It was nice to have a quiet and beautiful place to relax after our hectic day of adventures. Especially enjoyed the balcony.
