This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a second-floor, walk-up unit with 8 steps required.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• You’ll have access to pool towels, cards and games, puzzles, and a pickleball set—all included for your enjoyment during your stay.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the outside entry area.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
