The main living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with cable TV, a sofa bed, and a private balcony with a golf course view. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample drawer space, and cable TV. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet.

Not impressed with accommodations. Upon walking into condo was greeted with an overwhelming smell of smoke. It was definitely not a smoke free rental. And my husband and I dont smoke. So everything from sheets to towels reaked of smoke. The living room furniture was filthy and stained, not comfortable and we were afraid to sit on. Wont be staying here again.

Highly recommend staying away from this property and management company

Let’s start with the check in. You show up to the property management company! Awesome lobby but over 20 min wait just to get to counter, they hand me a piece of paper with directions/Wi-Fi/ door code We arrive to unit, I’ve stayed at Pointe Royale at least a dozen times, however this was a spur of the moment trip so we seen this property up and was ran by a management company so we assumed this would be a good thing! Was I ever wrong! We were told this was a smoke free unit, it was apparent someone before this smoked because wow was it strong! Wi-Fi, what Wi-Fi, didn’t work nor was it active Blinds busted and falling, I had to re-hang at least 6 of them! TV, bedroom worked, thankfully for the kiddo, the main however up to about channel 20….. was worthless. Bedroom carpet has stains everywhere in floor The topper….. the toilet! It’s no joke sinking in the floor and leaning hard to the left, they even have a grab bar, which my daughter joked you need to hold on to the handle so you don’t fall! I expressed my concern from the moment we arrived, they ARE extremely slow at responding, the final day Saturday they FINALLY provided a number to call and offered to come by and fix it but we declined as I’m not sure how it’s ok to rent a place and not have it rent ready! They offered as a courtesy complimentary dinner/ go carts but they day we checked out! I explained this to them and they have yet to respond! Look elsewhere.
