The Space:

The home has been tastefully decorated with modern decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a TV, a sofa that doubles as a sleeper (great for kids), and access to the outside patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio with your morning brew in hand.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. A table awaits outside for alfresco dining or enjoy formal meals inside at the dining table for 6.



The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the sofa sleeper. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1 is equipped with a King bed, TV, patio access, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers a jetted tub/shower combo.



Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a King bed, and TV.



Bathroom 2 is shared with a tub/shower combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- ENTRY: 2nd Floor, Walk-Up 18 steps required (No Elevator)

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- indoor pool is open year-round, hot tub and outdoor pools are seasonal.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

- The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
