Tucked within an upscale gated community in stunning Ozarks, Highland Hideaway is a perfect family-time getaway.



The Space:

Kids can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, indulge in a friendly game of the life-size chessboard or show off their skills on the sprawling tennis court. Other attractions include a lush, open playground and fully-equipped club house.



Back inside, this recently refurbished home welcomes you with glossy, modern interiors and a cozy ambience. Sleek wooden accents and tasteful design elements add to the charm. The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV and a warm fireplace. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features a coffee table and sprawling green views.



The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The 3-bar stool area is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners.



The home accommodates 10 guests in total.



Located next to the living area, #bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a full bed, a twin bed and a Murphy bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Upper level unit. (16 Steps). NO ELEVATOR.

- An additional full-size murphy bed is provided in the loft for guest use.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking is available onsite.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

Graduation trip

Had a great stay-pool was nice and close (walking distance), AC worked fast, beds were unbelievably comfortable, and felt safe. We let our team wander the campus. Texted a question once and got an answer within 15 minutes. Super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Fun Branson Get-away

We had a terrific time at this property. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we had a fun movie night. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a Branson get-away.

Family Vacation

Stayed with family including young children (3-9).The location was excellent. We loved the property and the amenities such as the pools, the riverside for wading/fishing, the playgrounds and tennis and pickleball courts. It was close enough to Silver Dollar City (15 minutes and an easy drive) and Branson proper, but far enough away to be quiet.The unit itself is clean, but sparse. The beds seemed older but comfortable enough. Could use a few more homey touches. I did appreciate that they had extra blankets. Well decorated.

Very nice rental

The house worked perfectly for our group. It would have been helpful to have a map of the Point Royals amenities in the unit to find the pool, playground and river access. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Haven't Had a Vacay in Years

We went to Branson for Spring Break and wanted a place with great location, plenty of room for all three of our teenage boys. This was it, clean and lightly decorated so you're not moving around trinkets. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and so close to everything, we were just a few minutes from all the sights. They were even accommodating when I needed to add a day because our plans changed. Provided the necessary items to make access to the property easy, too. We are already planning a trip for the summer.

no communication with manager even after several emails, even still no communication on questions.

Beds were old and uncomfortable, had a foam pad on them. Other then that everything was good. My biggest disappointment was lack of communication with questions asked.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. It was nice to have the full bed and twin bed in the loft bedroom so nobody had to share a bed. Quiet neighborhood off the beaten path but still close to all of the attractions.

The check-in went very smoothly. The place was very nice. My only suggestion would be to add a pizza cutter and a few more kitchen items. Often times when families stay, they cook at the VRBO. I also loved the location. It was so near to everything that we did in Branson. The pool was also great for children. I loved the quick response if we had any questions. Thank you so much.
