The Spruce Valley Condo

3 bedroom, 2 bath family friendly condo that is close to all Branson's fun attractions. Centrally located, overlooking the famous Branson strip, but away from the traffic and the noise. The stylishly decorated condo has a king, a queen, and 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. Cook up a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The full size washer and dryer is available for your use if needed. The patio has outdoor space to enjoy, including the lights of Branson. (The entrance is 1 flight downstairs. The back is ground level). The condo was stocked and decorated with your convenience in mind. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The master is spacious with a king bed and en-suite. There is a beautiful queen bedroom, and a really cute room with 2 twin beds decorated for kids, including a teepee. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wipes. There are baskets under the sinks to hold your individual makeup and toiletries. Enjoy the view in the 2 Adirondack chairs on the patio; or sit at the small table in morning with your coffee and enjoy the sunrise. And since it’s on the ground level kids can play in the back. We have some fun outdoor games: corn hole, ring toss, bean bag tic-tax-toe, balls, and a frisbee. You’ll have access to the entire condo except 3 locked storage closets. The Vineyards is a small, quiet area of condos away from the traffic and noise of the strip but only 1.5 miles away. Built on the side of a mountain to take advantage of great views of the city - including the famous Branson Ferris Wheel! While enjoying your stay at Spruce Valley you are convenient to all the Branson entertainment areas. . . 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 7 minutes to Moonshine Beach, 59 minutes to the Branson Belle, 14 minutes to Dolly's Stampede, 11 minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall, 17 minutes to Branson Landing, 11 minutes to the Sight and Sound Theater, 8 minutes to the Titanic Museum, and only 4 minutes to the strip on Route 76 with all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor fun. Getting to any of the fun entertainment areas of Branson is convenient and only a short drive away. The condo is one floor down from the front of the building so there is one flight of stairs to get to the condo. The back of the condo is at ground level.
