Foothills Retreat

The fabulous Foothills is located just off of the famous 76 Strip. We’re nestled in a quit area with little traffic and close to everything you’ll want to do in Branson. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo will make you feel right at home with much more space to spread out and enjoy your stay! Make yourself at home and enjoy making your breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax a little and enjoy watching your favorite program on the large screen tv. You’ll also also enjoy the view of the Thousand Hills Golf Course from the balcony. Everyone will enjoy the amazing amenities in the clubhouse, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and a nice fitness room. When it’s time for some rest, you’ll sleep well on king size beds with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Whether your stay is for a night or a week, you’ll be glad you stayed with us!

Awesome stay!
The property was clean and well kept. Everything worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, close to food, activities, etc. Easy access to the strip, but also easy to take back roads to avoid traffic. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you so much.

The Foothills Review
Lovely condo, all as described. Only problem was with Vrbo--communications were poor. When I tried to use the internet to communicate, it would not let me send messages. Impossible to get through. I had to call the phone number for Vrbo and have someone get a message from me to the owner of the property. I had questions, but was not able to get answers. Issue resolved by owner, not by Vrbo.

Good Location
We stayed here just a couple of days while our son's school band had a field trip to Branson. The location was perfect for what we needed. The Yellow route bi-passes most of the busy Branson Strip. The condo had comfortable furniture and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Because we were only here a couple of days, we didn't use everything. I found a iron in the kitchen closet, but no ironing board, which I could have used. Everything in the condo was nice, except the toilets. Both bathrooms had toilets that barely flush, even number 1. That is something that needs to be addressed.

Quick Weekend Away
My husband, son, and I enjoyed a quick weekend away in Branson. Staying at the Foothills worked out great for our plans--just blocks from Hwy 76 and all the fun! Our condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. The only convenience I missed was a blow dryer. We would stay again in this lovely place!

Hope our stay was a one-off
We trusted the many glowing reviews about cleanliness, but it did not live up to the hype for us. We checked in after 6pm, and were met with: A clogged & dirty toilet Beard trimmings on the faucet fixture Something sticky on the kitchen floor A dirty spoon in the drawer Hair & debris in the empty freezer Hair of various lengths & colors on both white bedspreads Front and back porch lights that did not work A thermostat that required some missing instructions An unexpected earlier check out time And... A door that does not lock. (The locking mechanism appears to have been installed upside down, so it catches on nothing.) If those things don't bother you, then it is a beautifully decorated and comfortable place at a good price. I may simply have unreasonably high standards. We did not use the showers, TV's, dryer, dishwasher, or coffee machine, so I can't provide feedback on those. The washing machine started, per the checkout instructions, so I assume it works as expected.

Fast and Fun trip

Was very pleased with the size and space of this condo. Easily accessible to parking lot. Very clean and compfy for our weekend getaway. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for each bedroom. Very nice !
