Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect little VRBO. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to pool and other facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway!

Condo was located in an excellent and safe area. Community was well-maintained. The weather was lovely. Would consider visiting again. Only negative was pushy timeshare and ticket sellers.

Clean and Peaceful

Clean, well maintained and peaceful. Great little condo in a nice gated community. Nice view of the golf course. Far enough outside of Branson to escape the crowd but still close enough to get where you want to go in about 10-15 minutes. Will stay here again.

Condo very clean and as pictured. We enjoyed staying there very much. Did golf but didn’t use pool/hot tub at the clubhouse. Condo very well equipped.

Amazing Condo

We had a great time. It was fun watching the golfers come by as they played. The condo was clean. Well stocked of the things one might need. The condo was very quiet, and we felt really relaxed when we left. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in Branson celebrating our 44th anniversary. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and we loved the retro look! The bed was super comfortable. Also we alway like a washer/dryer, so that was a plus! The pool was within walking distance, which was great. The location of property made getting places in Branson very easy. We will be back!

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course and pond. Overall, a beautiful property. The only very minor issue I had was some cobwebs on the balcony. We would love to return again some time. The location was especially appealing. We were close to everything, but with the feel of being away from the chaos.

Highly Recommend

Spring Break stay with family and pet. The listing describes the property accurately. The check in and out process was easy. Communication with the rental staff was prompt and detailed. The resort was quiet and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant; definitely recommend the pancakes! The condo was well stocked & tidy. Short, easy drive to downtown Branson and area attractions, but far enough away so you aren't in the middle of the traffic.

Softball Stay

The condo was conveniently located for our visit. We had great communication with the property manager and check in was simple. The only negative was the condo could have been cleaner. There were dust balls throughout the condo and the baseboards were thick with dirt/dust.

Mediocre

Eh this stay was alright, but I would not stay here again. The main issue was noise. This is a dated condo so the walls and floors are very thin. We could hear every step the renters above us took, every single door or cabinet they slammed, and their tv. So if you’re looking for quiet, this is not a place for you. Most of the condo was clean, except the bathroom, it was in need of a deep clean and we even kept seeing ants. As far as location, it is wonderful and the reason that I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 3. The area felt very safe, and it was a very convenient drive to silver dollar city and other attractions. My recommendation to the host is please provide a noise machine or a box fan so guests can at least attempt to drown out some of the noise.
