This completely remodeled three-bedroom penthouse condo is located in the Pointe Royale resort community and features a balcony with alfresco dining. The kitchen features all the appliances needed, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also offers a gorgeous breakfast bar that seats four, which adds extra dining space to the adjoining dining area. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day. You'll find nothing but comfort with a cozy sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. On site amenities include multiple pools, hot tub, tennis, golf, and fishing.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice neighborhood

Overall it was a great place. My only complaint about cleanliness is there was an obvious yellow stain on the master bedroom comforter. Very off putting. The deck chairs are broken and unusable so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. Otherwise, it was as listed and nice location.

Wonderful stay.

We had a great time. The condo was great. It was clean and anytime I needed an answer they would text me right away. I loved that I was close to the clubhouse.

Pointe Royale

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, spacious, close to attractions, 2 parking spaces, very clean, grandkids loved the loft bedroom. Only suggestion would be 2 key cards to enter the property instead of 1. We would stay again.

Only issue, back sliding glass door, would not, and was not locked, nothing for lock to latch to. Notified manager, brought us a security bar to use.

Best Experience

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Loved that it’s a gated community. Very close to all the museums and main strip but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the direct traffic. Highly recommend, felt like home

Nice stay

Pros- Well stocked kitchen Pool was great Loved the playground and fishing Parking was convenient Gated Community was very nice Quiet stay Lots of towels Bathrooms were clean Cons- House is not 3 bedrooms, it’s 2 and an open loft. Not enough storage for clothes. Most closets were locked or already used for storage. Only 1 dresser. Dryer took several cycles to actually dry clothes. 2 deck chairs were broken when we arrived. Some bedding had small spots on them, we washed them. But the spots were still there. So they must just be small stains. Overall it was a nice place to stay, it just needed a few small updates or fixes.

Family reunion

The condo was wonderful except the floors had not been mopped. I was disappointed that when we booked that I didn't know that it was a third level. My mother in law was recently hospitalized and put on oxygen so she was unable to stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was a hit on the day it was 103 and we enjoyed lunch at the Pro shop grill.

Vacation

This property was nice. We had 3 little families staying together. The place was big enough for all of us. We had 2 vehicles. The property only came with one key card. The key card is used for everything; gate, pool, workout room, etc… only having one card with 2 vehicles and 9 people, made it a little challenging. The stairway is wood with no padding… you could hear every step down the stairs in the master bedroom. Hopefully lower floors couldn’t hear the same.

Disgustingly dirty

VRBO does not allow direct contact with the property owner, so I was unable to warn them about the terrible cleaning job their property management company (Vacasa) was doing. The bedding was littered with human hair and stained with yellow stains on multiple places and beds. The entire living area had vinyl plank floors that were so disgusting & filthy that our kids socks had to be thrown away. We contacted Vacasa & of course they apologized, but nobody came to mop floors or address anything we told them about. I would never rent anything that Vacasa maintains again, and any owners paying for their services are being ripped off. Really too bad for these owners. The condo is nicely updated but it was so filthy, it ruined the experience.

Well I reached out to the owners of this property because one night I was going to cook dinner I stated and a cockroach ran across the counter in the kitchen I as them to make it right and take care of it they said they would and nothing no response I have massage them no response know I have pictures and the massage between me and the property

Great Thanksgiving Stay with family

Everything was as described. Great location. Indoor pool was great as it was rainy part of our time there. Kitchen was well stocked. Gave a 4 star rating due to cobwebs in corners, floor a little dirty and blinds need a good dusting and cleaning. Overall cute place and it was a good trip.

Overall our experience was amazing. Except we had two issues with the first being the floors, overall it was clean but our feet from walking around the house was pretty black. We just all wore shoes after our first night. The second our code stopped working the 2nd full day into our stay and we still had a few more days there but they were quick to get us in and allow us to use the key for the duration of our stay. Super quiet and everything else was super clean. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Extremely Nice and Clean

My family and I recently stayed at this location on our recent visit to Branson. Very nice gated community with security at the entrance. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room were both well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Impressed with space

The property was very charming and provided enough space for 4 children and 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Appreciated having extra towels for the pool house. We brought our own but needed extra for family and this was appreciated. Only complaint is cleanliness. We found small pieces of trash, there was a lot of dust/dirt under the coach and there was some type of fluid underneath the garbage can upon arrival. This didn't hinder our stay as everything else was cleanly and since it was a vacation, we did not stay at the property for long periods of time. We didn't need to communicate with the property manager during our stay and since there isn't a rating of N/A, it was rated in the middle.
