The home has been tastefully decorated with neutral decor and accents that compliment the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a TV, electric fireplace, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the outside patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio with your morning brew in hand.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are just a few of the extra items available for your convenience. A table awaits outside for alfresco dining, or enjoy formal meals inside at the dining table for 7.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite highlights a shower with a jetted tub.





THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a 1st-floor, walk-down unit. 15 stair steps are required to reach the entrance.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis..

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
