This was first time we had rented an ABB. Everything was so beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We loved the layout, space, privacy, and area! The property was in a quiet, safe area. It was simple to check in and out, and it was great to have use of the garage and pool. It was inconvenient to get pool towels from the clubhouse. There should be pool towels at the property. The walls had a lot of paint damage and some were very dirty. The whole house could use a deep clean. We did not have enough towels for 6 people the first day, so we got more from the clubhouse. There were no dishcloths or towels in the kitchen, so we had to wash and dry dishes with paper towels. The kitchen should be better stocked with salt & pepper. The latch on the patio screen door doesn’t work properly. The headboard in one of the upstairs bedrooms needs to be fixed to the frame so it isn’t loose and leaning up against the wall. The water faucet in the upstairs shower is wonky and needs to be replaced or adjusted.

Comfortable and very clean

The living room furniture was probably the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a rental property. The beds were also very comfortable and every room was immaculately clean. There were a few kitchen essentials that should have been there but weren’t. I listed them in the guest book but I’m guessing that the book is not read as they were previously listed by other guests. You may also want to bring your own paper products if you want to have the same quality you probably use in your own home. All in all, a beautiful and comfortable property.

Branson Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a quiet property with a garage for our Branson family trip. This place fit the bill perfectly. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a gate making it feel more secure. The property is part of a 4 plex so we didn't have to worry about noisy neighbors upstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Branson

The stay was fine. The microwave handle was broken so it made the microwave hard to use. Otherwise the property was relatively clean. We did not have power for about 18 hours but spent half of that time out of the unit.

Flies and dark room

The worst vacation. The lower level bedroom and bathroom had flies the also flew in the entire lower level . I killed between 12 and 15 flies on the time were on the property from check in Friday late to Wednesday morning. The bottom bedroom has a black dark energy like a void, as if someone died in the room or trauma was in the room. Dishwaster stuck, garage was dirty. I could not wait to leave, will never come back.

Happy with a few disappointments.

Loved the layout BUT…remotes for TVs didn’t work. Both recliners were broke. Only had 1 broken non stick pan. There was a ton of trash in the garage when we arrived. The kids found an empty bottle of alcohol in their closet and toys left behind from previous renters. The check in people were amazing and could help with everything including tickets.

Absolutely wonderful! My two kids, their spouses and myself. The condo/townhome was immaculate clean, beds comfy and kitchen had extras. Location great, centrally located to everything. Will definitely try to stay here again anytime we come to Branson if available. No issues at all.

Christmas trip

The location was perfect in Branson. Centrally located to everything. The townhouse was clean and very welcoming. The garage was a huge plus considering the temperature lows were in the 20’s and highs the 40’s. The check in and out process was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and conveniently located!!

Great place for family

Family Time

Wonderful weekend in Branson!!
