「We were 7 high school friends on a girls weekend. We had a blast in this roomy condo. Lots of space, right on the water with great views. Fire pits were awesome, we rented pontoon and spent the day on the water. When we had a small issue, it was fixed immediately. Everything was fantastic, great value for the money.」

「We had a great time girls weekend at Bay Colony. We were welcomed with beverages too, which was so nice! I rated this a 4 only due to some updates in the first room needed (missing blind, bathroom grout and door issues). I did report this, but it didn’t make our stay unmanageable. The people upstairs were loud (banging), but not an issue of the property owner at all. Overall, it was a great getaway on the coldest weekend of the winter (fireplace was wonderful)!! Thank you so much for having us!」

「I was happy that I could bring my dog. Loved also having the washer and dryer in our unit. Location of the property was fabulous. Our unit had everything anyone would need for an enjoyable stay.」

「Although the weather did not cooperate. We found plenty to do. The small towns are close enough to go visit. The condo was a great size just to chill out and chat. We enjoyed our time here. Just to get away for awhile with friends and to catch up.」

「Overall nice, quaint place. Quiet, peaceful location. Beds/mattresses need to be updated. Would benefit from more comfortable seating (ie larger couch) in the main area. Had a wonderful, delicious meal from local establishment (Dunmire’s), highly recommend it.」
