📌 Please review the house rules prior to booking.

The pool is heated up to 85°F daily from December through April. Please note that heating effectiveness is weather-dependent, and may not always reach desired warmth. The heater is programmed to run from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the control panel is for management access only. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine and any necessary repair costs. Pool heating during other months is available for $30 per night.

One dog is permitted with an additional fee. Please provide your pet’s breed and weight in advance. We reserve the right to decline dogs under 1 year old or certain breeds (note: Labradors are not allowed). Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
