"This was a beautiful place to stay, right in the heart of Boyne City with so much to see and do. This house was very comfportable in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Lake Charlevoix a few blocks away, a bike path that one way takes you into Boyne Mountain and another way into Young State Park and Avalanche Preserve with wonderful views and hiking paths were great October fun. The backyard was so private and the firepit and wood supplied were appreciated."

"Location was perfect, walking distance to town and restaurants close by. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and didn’t end up using 3rd bedroom as my kids preferred to sleep in the bunks. Beds were comfy. They enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Huge TV in living room. Would visit again! "

"Great location - easy access to the farmers market, walk by the lake, and Gilda's bakery. Clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Easy drive to Charlevoix, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinaw, and the UP. Enjoyed our stay."

"The location of this house was perfect. We could hear the outdoor band from the Boyne City Tap Room as soon as we stepped outside. Walked to a few different bars, and walked to breakfast each day. Only downside was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom broke before our last night, and it was unseasonably hot, so we had a hot night. Otherwise, this was the perfect space for a weekend getaway!"

"This was an awesome cottage in a neighborhood, just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Recently remodeled with all top of the line appliances and extremely nice fit and finish on everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"I had the best stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing view. It is at the best location if you want to walk around to local shops or restaurants and only 30 minutes away from Walloon, Petoskey, etc. for more wineries and restaurants. Communication and the check-in and out process was very smooth and simple. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again! "
