"We had a great stay and this cute house which was perfect for the two of us. It was walkable to town yet in a quiet neighbourhood. It was very clean and tidy, lots of parking and having firewood to use if you wanted was great. Communication was easy, we were given clear instructions to get there and check in. The king bed was comfortable and the living area was sufficient. It might be a bit tight for 4 adults but was perfect for the 2 of us. It is a smaller area, so not much can be done to make a little more sitting room. The kitchen had what you needed to cook with. If it had a few things like Saran Wrap, parchment a couple more fry pans with lids and maybe a little more common spices it would really be a nice extra. Not a show stopper it just would have been a nice touch. We did love the basket of treats and the water left for us.. that was very nice and truly appreciative. The one thing that I feel needs attention is the furnace. It is very load when it is in the cooldown stage to the point it would wake us up. We just ended up turning it down low at night so it would not come on. That would be the only thing that would be a 9/10 rather than a 10/10. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back to this cute home to stay again. We rate this home a 10/10. Thanks for the great stay. Linda"

"We had a nice stay overall and appreciated several thoughtful touches that made the trip enjoyable—especially for the kids. The Wii and selection of games were a big hit (even though only one controller was working), and the DVD player with a variety of movies was a great backup for downtime. The home also offered plenty of beds and mirrors, which worked well for our group, and the kitchen was stocked with pans and a few spices that made cooking easier.There were a few areas that could use some attention to make the experience even better for future guests. With a group of 10, having additional towels available would be helpful. A few minor maintenance items came up during our stay, such as a broken pour spout on the coffee pot, a loose toilet lid, and a flickering lamp that appeared to need a repair. There was also a transition strip between floors that may need to be secured, as it could be easy to trip over.Overall, the home has a lot of potential and some great amenities—just a few updates and small fixes would really elevate the experience."

"We absolutely loved this house and felt right at home. We booked this last minute for spring break with two kids and two adults. Located just 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. We skied all day, had dinner in downtown Boyne City, and made it home in time to unwind with games, puzzles, or a movie. Games, puzzles, and smart TV were supplied by the host and offered entertainment for two adults, and a 6 and 11 year old.Beds were comfortable, space was very clean, and had all the amenities we would have at home. Host was a great communicator and made sure we got into the space, and was prompt in replies. We didn’t need anything during our stay but if we did I felt confident they would be on top of it.We will definitely be back!"
