"The neighborhood feels a little dodgy but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot. "

"Liked Location, breakfast, parking and clean room. Location was going through remodeling. Long wait for elevator and a few sections in the lobby were closed."

"Parking was easy. Room not so great. Elevator did not work. Had older folks that had to go up 3 flight of stairs. AC was broken and the room smelled like people smoked inside. Asked for a better room or at least where guest did not smoke outside your door. Staff was hard to get a hold off and front office door was always locked."

"Breakfast was pretty good, coffee was always made a little weak but I prefer a stronger cup of Joe. Room was clean. Slightly weird set up with the wall switches, and the water wasn't very powerful but overall a very nice stay. My only complaint really was when we booked they said they had a hot tub in their listing. There was no hot tub on site. All the staff was very friendly. Would stay again if we had to be in the area. "

"Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings."

"Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled. To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay. Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again "

"Everything was great. I actually was confused about my checkout day and missed my checkout. The owner went in, packed up all my belongings nicely and kept them at her house where I could go pick them up later. she really went above and beyond."
