Meadowlark Apartment - 10 min to Denver, 1 hr to Mnts/skiing

Light and bright for a basement apartment. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 6 - with access to the Mountains, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater or a few miles East to Downtown Denver.



The entire basement apartment space is private to the guests. You even have your own Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, all you can use!  There is a patio area for guest use just outside the unit with a picnic bench and a Small Charcoal BBQ Grill...Driveway Parking okay all the way to the right side.



I am available by phone or messaging at any time but will not be available in person during your stay.



Quiet residential neighborhood...Walmart is VERY close by, as well as the BelMar Shopping district. Hop on the hwy and you are in downtown Denver within 10 minutes! Or the other way to the mountain communities and Red Rocks Amphitheater.



Super close to Light Rail Park and Ride at 10th Ave and Wadsworth, a few blocks from Wadsworth where you can access the Bus lines.



Cats reside on the property, but will not be inside the basement apartment.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed in the area to visit my grandmother. It was comfortable, the full kitchen was wonderful, and the hosts were responsive. We will stay here again!

Wonderful Little Apartment

Our stay was really great! The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for me and my brother. Everything about the place was top notch. Location was in a convenient area for getting on and off the main roads, close to places to eat, and I felt safe going out for a run. I would definitely stay here again .

Nice rental in Lakewood (Denver)

Very nice, comfortable basement rental. Had everything you would need; washer/dryer, K-cups to get you started, among others. Rarely heard the upstairs tenant as others have stated. Close to bars, restuarants, etc. Being a basement rental, cool at times. Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway spot

The property was as described with plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was great. Property was well stocked and 3 blocks from our new twin grands, so we greatly enjoyed our time there!

This was a convenient location to a conference I was attending, it was also comfortable and easy to find and I enjoyed the little back yard sitting area. Everything was accurate and the host was communicative and helpful!

Great for a short stay in Lakewood

Check in was easy and went smoothly. The neighborhood is lovely and I took morning walks to Starbucks. The unit itself is cozy, bed comfy, and good shower pressure. Lots of shopping and dining options just 5 min drive away.

Great Place To Stay

This was a perfect place to stay!!! Beautiful nieghborhood. We caught the leaves changing ...so many pretty pretty differing colors. The wife just walked up and down the street collecting leaves. Perfect location. 15 min from everywhere. Neat , Clean, Nice Will stay again!!! Thanks so much!!!

Very cosy and well maintained place, easy access to downtown. A little surprising to enter the unit directly through the bedroom. The outdoor space is quite lovely and the neighborhood really quiet. Parking spot is definitely a plus.

Medowlark Apartment

We had a great stay at the Meadowlark Apartment. It had a cozy farmhouse feel. It was convenient to shopping, dining and activities. You can occasionally hear the occupants upstairs, but it didn’t bother us. It was nice having the washer and dryer. We will book again next time we are in the area.

Amazing apartment minutes from Red Rocks and more

This apartment was excellent and the property manager Janna was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and provided everything you would need for your stay. The property is located on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood, situated just minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and just an hour from the mountains. 10/10 would recommend and stay here in the future.

Concert get away to Red Rocks!!!!!

This place is awesome. It is a basement refurnished and is so cool. You cannot here the person upstairs which is such a plus. Janna was so awesome. The place is so cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Cozy

Cozy spot to relax after a day out exploring. Host was easy to reach and was able to have someone out the next morning when the garbage disposal went out. Some pots/pans and other utensils were dirty from the previous tenants, not the host's fault. Some people just don't know how to clean up after themselves i guess. Overall a good experience.

Great experience

We were needing to book a stay due to a stressful and 'tentative' situation (we didn't know how long we would need to stay). Working with the property manager, Janna, was amazing. She was always very prompt in her responses and was more than willing to work with us and our situation. She made our very stressful situation less so as we had the peace of mind we needed as far as having a welcoming place to come back to every night. The bedroom and living rooms were relaxing. And there were plenty of amenities to make us comfortable. The area was also wonderful with ease of access to grocery stores and restaurants. Due to circumstances we had to leave before our reservation was over and again, Janna was amazing to work with. We were actually a little disappointed to leave the comforts of this space! My father and I appreciated and were grateful to Janna and this home away from home!
