「The microwave doesn’t work properly,Although staff were polite and helpful」

「I traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes just to stay here with my granddaughter and we had the best time here. The warm indoor pool and hot tub were her favorite. I slept like a queen and she slept like a princess. There was not a single noise. The morning free breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, the cook was so nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and stay here again.」

「María from the Bar very kind and supportive. Thanks. We will come back for sure!!」

「Great」

「Minor details: 1. Unable to use safe, battery was probably dead. Never called since we had a short stay. 2. Never had to use the phone, but the room number on it was one digit off from our room. Plus side: Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was quiet.」

「Great hotel」

「Nice and quiet」

「Me and my family ( wife, and 4 kids) where woken up at 2:30 in the morning by police officers pounding on our door, (waking up my 2 and 7 year old) the complaint was that we were being to loud. That this was the six complaint the front desk had received, I was unaware of the 1st complaint let alone 6. then accused me of having one of the hotel employees in our room and told us if they had to come back we would be escorted off the premises. So thank you Rebeca ( the front desk lady) for being...

「This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. There were some seedy looking folks wandering around the parking lot, so I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with a group. Nice that they have breakfast...

「We loved this hotels」

「Other than there being crumbs on the dresser right in front of the TV and different sizes of hair on one of the beds, it was fine.」

「Rooms are clean but the water pressure is not good.」

「It was ok for lubbock.」
