"Great property for our family stay at a great price. Pool was really nice. Water was nice and hot in the soaker tub after a long day walking around Williamsburg. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it. And for the price it was unbeatable. Staff was quick and efficient at check in. "

The breakfast barely qualified as breakfast and the staff were not prepared to handle the large soccer team that they had at the property with only one staff person available on a Saturday night. "The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend."

"This was the perfect place for a couple nights with our family. There was ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast and dinner (it's probably the best equipped kitchen of any place I rented). We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed, and the kids were very grateful for the snacks the host left. She was also great with communication. Highly recommend this place!"
