Welcome to this exceptional North Boulder home, nestled in a charming neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Foothills and the iconic Flatirons from many windows. This former model home is beautifully designed with tasteful upgrades and thoughtful touches throughout.

The house offers spacious accommodations with five bedrooms: three upstairs, one on the main floor (featuring its own 3/4 bath), and a private bedroom on the lower level with a full bath. The kitchen showcases elegant granite countertops and flows into a warm, inviting living area with rich wood flooring, perfect for gathering and relaxing.

No shoes inside. Please place your shoes in the shoe tray by the door.

Only toilet paper in the toilets. Disposing of anything else, such as feminine hygiene products or paper towels, can clog our pipes.

Never leave any food outside of trash bags, as we live in bear country and they're happy to eat whatever they can find.

Throw away any leftovers. Please don't leave them in the fridge or cupboards. They can attract pests or spoil.

No smoking. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, recreational drugs) is strictly prohibited inside our home.

No grilling or fire pit on high wind days. The risk of fire is too high.

Strip the beds before you leave. This will help us keep the house clean and fresh for the next guests.

No visitors without permission. Please let us know if you'd like to have guests over.

First the Positives: The layout was great! We had a family of 4 (kids 2 and 4) that used the lower level which was basically soundproof with door closed. The master upstairs is spacious and keeps very cool with 2 A/C vents. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs had plenty of space and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Even the portable crib had a nice mattress. Chip was very responsive to my texts/issues. (wrong door code and no WiFi info or house manual)Negatives: There’s no house manual. No instructions for checkout. Where to put garbage, what to do with beds or towels. Nothing. So we emptied the fridge, loaded/ran the dishwasher put the thermostat to 70 and locked the door. Place needs general upkeep. The backyard has great seating and amenities. But was loaded with leaves/debris and cushions were dirty. The grounds haven’t been cared for in awhile. The master bathroom has 2 sinks but only 1 works. And the shower drain is on one side but the water goes to the other through the glass door and floods the floor. With thermostat at 66 the master was almost cold but the other 2 insufferable. Luckily there were a couple cooler nights for open windows. This house has great bones and great location. Fit 9 of us perfectly. Just needs some fixes.
