「Check in was very easy with passcode. Very nice, clean home. Comfortable for a party of 4 people. Lots of dishes, glasses, and mugs. Kitchen well equipped. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. More toilet paper too. Great visit to the area. Close to Longmont, Boulder, Loveland and beyond. Berthoud is also a cute town.」

「Everything was better than described. Communication was great. Cute & cozy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of board games and TV channels if you want to stay in. Didn't use the hot tub, but it smelled clean and was in good condition. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt very safe. Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town.」

「We needed a place that would be appropriate for our large family, coming from 3 states, with grandkids ranging from 1 1/2 to 18 years old. This house was perfect. The upper deck is large and safe. We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in. 「This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family. Our boys enjoyed the foosball table, giant connect four game and the corn hole. The back patio was perfect for hanging out in the evening and coffee in the morning. The house was very clean and had a nice mountain theme decor. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the Longmont area. 」
