「Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again. 」

「The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus. 」

「This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!」
