Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment, and all the fantastic amenities this building offers to its tenants. Access to the Fitness Center and Pool is available for Free. Amenities are under the building control, you should expect closures for maintenance when needed. Thanks for understanding. Pool is closed in the Winter time (all season)

-Please DO NOT interact with building staff or maintenance team, you must always communicate with us, as your host. A $500 fine will be charged for each day of your stay, if that rule is broken.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed a $1000 fine will be charged for smoking or partying. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom --Unless agreed with us before checking in. (We may accept additional guests for an extra fee), violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events.
-Please note that parking is free for monthly stays, $45 per night for short stays.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions.
-Please do not keep any food in the bedroom. Amenities availability are subject to buildings' rules and maintenance, no guarantees.
-Maintenance request take 24-48 hours to be handled. No control over maintenance.
-We will provide exact address 1 or 2 days prior to check in. Address is within less than 0.2 miles from the posted address (which is our hotel partner).
-NOTE: All guests are required to provide email addresses to access the building via Latch App. And to provide Whats App number to receive Check-in Video.
-All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
