Speaking of breeze, there is an air conditioning unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house is just fine with windows open and that cross breeze coming through. 「Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!」

「We SO enjoyed the view! We purchased groceries/wine at Moe’s, per the owner’s suggestion (spot on), and had such a relaxing time we didn’t leave for days! Hall Bay Beach was a fav for snorkeling, fish tacos and beach relaxing! The pool was splendid and the home is so beautiful and very well supplied! 「Was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing as expected. Convenient to everything in Coral Bay, relaxing, and we'll appointed. The property is starting to show signs of age/use and some reinvestment definitely needs to be made in terms of the living room furniture, closet doors that are broken, paint touch up, etc. Would still highly recommend this property but hope to see some improvements before we visit again in the future.」

「Location is great! This is the 3rd property we’ve stayed in on STJ, and while it was definitely adequate for our getaway purposes in every way, it’s been our least favorite due to layout mostly. Wouldn’t recommend for family with young children; there are many stairs on this property and access to the pool is not easy.」
