「Room was difficult to find from the reception area, I wish they had better signs. When we did find the room it was large with a kitchen and very clean. Loved that parking was free and abundant. We liked that the room was not old and broken down, everything seemed fairly new. Front desk staff could have been friendlier, it doesn't hurt to smile you know. When people go on vacation they want to be treated with smiles and friendliness not uptight stone faces.」

「We were super disappointed with this resort. Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out. It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....

「This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!」
