「The description of "new" in the listing is not accurate. The furniture is stained and the condo shows significant signs of use. The photos and description vs what it truly feels like are quite different. Good communication and check in instructions were easy and it was fairly affordable I was just expecting it to be a little nicer, newer, and cleaner.」

「Cookware was dirty, oven was disgusting. The stovetop was missing one of the knobs to turn on the stovetop. The host was not available the three times we tried to reach her. There was no heat in this apartment, all heat came from stand up space heaters. It was freezing, we had to purchase blankets to stay warm. The furniture was gross and dirty. The noise from the upstairs apartment was awful, dogs barked all night, and loud music woke us when we did sleep. Called the mgr, and the next day...
