Great BnB

We only spent one night but did enjoy our stay. The place was clean, well kept and offered everything needed. Nice to stay in a home rather than a hotel. The area of town was not the best but we felt safe the whole time. Thanks for sharing your home.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a cozy apartment that’s been organized well! Communication and check in/out was fantastic. It was cool, beds were comfortable, kitchen was handy, organization of rooms and such were great! It appears a starting point for a good bnb, just needs time to mature with details.

Spacious within

Very cozy apartment that is on the basement level. Firsthand my experience was that this is a very clean space with a proper kitchen and bathroom. Great for a sleepover if you’re working in Pueblo.

Perfect cozy apartment!

The apartment fit our needs perfectly!Moved my son to his dorm and rented this place and his father rented another unit for the weekend . Close to CSU campus . The host was wonderful and checked with us though out the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.This space was very homey and allowed us room to host dinner and space for all of us to sit and visit. We will definitely be coming back for football season. Thanks again! GO PACK!!

OK; but some improvements needed

The steps need a railing; difficult for someone with mobility issues. Only 2 coffee mugs for 5 guests. No AC when we were there. Beds low and soft. Side chairs low. Street noise. there was a fan and we weren't too uncomfortable because it is a basement apt. Clean and they brought us plenty of towels. Teenage granddaughters slept on the couch, no problem.

Comfortable/ great for families

I felt safe staying here. Sam was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were visiting a family friend in Pueblo West, and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Walmart and King Scoopers (Kroger) were just a few minutes away, which made shopping easy. We used the kitchen often since it was more affordable than eating out. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely choose this property again.
