「1.フロントの係りの方、どの時間帯でも、 大変、誰もさわやかで、丁寧。チェックインは、午後3時以降からのところ、飛行機の都合、午前11時過ぎにホテルに到着したが、12時半過ぎは部屋は用意出来ると言ってくれ、ありがたい対応。 2.部屋は、最上階に近いフロア、眺め、室内の フロ桶、洗面台、改修済みで、素晴らしい、清潔。コストパホーマンス最高。 3.今回の他の都市のヒルトン系2ヶ所、IHG1ヶ所、このホテルより値段がかなり高いところと比べて、中味が大変良かったので、コメントを 書かさせ頂きました。 他のホテルの内容は、コメントしません。 」

「Loved everything. Beautiful property, fantastic staff and beautiful attention to detail with decor and design. Amazing restoration of a gorgeous historic building. Super impressed. Great location. 」

「We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...

「場所も中心部にほど近く、周囲に美味しいレストランもあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋も必要なものが全て揃っていて快適でした。エアコンのタイプが古いのが気になった程度です。」

「I am a very very frequent traveler and luoi will not go wrong here . The manager is amazing the whole staff is amazing. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to check in early knowing we had travel issues . EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!! This is a hidden jewel . 」

「Hotel is a bit old but shuttle bus is very convenient. Staffs are so kind.」

「First time in Reno, and I enjoyed staying here. Hotel staffers, bell boy, receptionist, cafe and restaurant crew, were very friendly, although my reservation did not show up in their computer upon checking in. I did not figure out how to control the sometimes noisy room fan. The cafe guy was also really friendly. The "Riverfront" is a hip but accessible restaurant, where I enjoyed my dinner. Clean and new structure, an easy-to-find landmark in the city.」

「綺麗な部屋で居心地も良かったです。 しかし、一階の部屋でしたが、ロールカーテン開けると、ガーデンプールや他の部屋から丸見えなので気をつける必要がありました。空港からは近いですが、車移動でないと難しいです。」

「The building is old, but it is very well maintained and feels clean. It is also conveniently connected to the adjacent hotel by a skyway. There is a beautiful river nearby, making it suitable for sightseeing beyond just the casino. I would love to visit again.」

「We had a great time here, staff was so nice, rooms were clean but i think the carpet can use a steam/deep clean. Also we wanted to splurge a bit and got this hotel instead of our other cheap options and this is the first hotel that charges us for nightly parking either valet 25$ a night or self parking that's far away for another 12$ a day. Otherwise everything else was great.」
