"We paid over $400 for a single night in a regular room. The hotel is torn up due to remodeling, there's no mention of that when booking. The room was tiny, and when we tried to access the WIFI, the system tried to force us to sign up for a Hilton "rewards" program to access it. The front desk clerk was sweet and gave me a promo code to access the WIFI, but it's unsecured, so we couldn't use it. "Premium" (secured) WIFI is an extra $6 per day. Only one of the outlets in the room worked for charging devices and I had to go buy an extension cord across the street to plug in my husband's CPAP. The bathroom door won't close completely, so you'll need to be comfortable with the rest of your party, I guess. This was an appalling waste of money. Pick anywhere else. "

"HOST WAS AMAZING VERY RESPONSIVE. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL . LEAVE AND DEBRIS COULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN AND CLEARED, GRASS MOWED AND OUTSIDE FUNITURE DUSTED. WE WERE UNABLE TO USE ANY OF THE YARD AREA DUE TO IT BEING VERY DUSTY AND LEAFY. NONE OF THE TOILETS HAD TOILET PAPER WE HAD TO RUN OUT AND GET SOME. HOST WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND DID SENT A BOX OF TISSUES THE NEXT DAY. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SO NICE LOTS OF CURB APPEAL, LOCATION IS CONVIENIENT TO RENO AND TAHOE. I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS . JUST WISHED WE COULDVE USED THE BACKYARD MORE."
