"Perfect location to Wrigley."

The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast

"The Ambassador Gold Coast was our first hotel stay as we embarked on an AmTrak Rail Pass trek across the country and back, and they set the bar very high! The staff was very helpful, the room was large with a big window, very clean, great bed, and nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast (included) was the BEST of the entire month-long trip! Everything imaginable, in a lovely comfortable dining room. Also, we were welcomed with free drink tickets at the bar, and an h'or d'oeuvre ticket that we didn't have time to use! We loved the Gold Coast neighborhood, felt very safe there, and this hotel remained an absolute favorite for the remainder of our trip. Thanks for getting us off to a great start on the trip of a lifetime! We hope to stay there again, and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Chicago!"

"Great location. Perfect for getting to and from Wrigley while also being a little away from the madness. Close to a train stop as well that allows for easy access to downtown. The second bathroom had issues with the shower floor with some soft spots near the drain. Would stay here again."

"Had a blast during pride fest, the best part was our hotel was always within walking distance of everything gay. There were families staying there (beware of creepy drunk dads) for the cubs game and other things that weren’t aware of the neighborhood they were in, that was awkward. Other than that we had a clean room that was beautiful and comfortable easy to check in and parking was reasonable and directly next the the building, very convenient. Staff was extremely friendly, hotel was safe. Mexican food in the neighborhood was incredible."

"It was a good stay. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so some areas were inaccessible due to construction, but the staff were friendly and did their best to help as needed. Overall, it's a cute hotel with fun sports-themed art. The gym is completely updated and new, which my sons used, and the bar/restaurant is also nice. Overall, a great stay if you want to be close to Wrigley Field."
