「The gorgeous home is in the middle of many many acres, so all you see is nature. Travel down tree lined country roads to a beautiful gate. The amazing host met us and gave a full tour. The house is beautiful and fully equipped ( including an elevator). Pool really does have a screen that you can lower to make it partly indoor away from mosquitoes. 「The owners were very nice people but simply overwhelmed with the process. I believe they once had an assistant that helped them on VBRO that quit. We could not get the host to respond to our messages and we had no check in instructions until we called VBRO HQ at 5 pm the actual day of check in. The bottom knob on the front door was still locked when we arrived and we had to call again for a key. The back yard was nothing but a bare muddy pit.
