"It was a very pleasant stay for my family and myself. We were welcomed in the most beautiful way and were treated so respectfully whilst we were here. Breakfast service was slow and often orders were incorrect or even forgotten. Would probably help if orders were written down. It still felt slightly colonial where white guests seemed a priority. "

"Love the facilities (esp pool area restaurant & bar), rooftop turkish restaurant, Indian restaurant & the spa (the staff & therapist are amazing, highly recommend to book treatment here). Most staff are very nice, welcoming & helpful. "

"Great location. Right across the street from Hutatma chowk metro station. Rooms are in great condition. Looks like its been recently renovated. Staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom door is sturdy and takes some effort to open. May be a bit difficult for elderly. Water wasn't hot, but given the climate that was not an issue. AC was effective and all controls worked. Restaurant on premisis although I didn't eat there. Many famous joints around with a wide variety of cuisines.The hotel offers a small single room at very reasonable prices which is perfect for single travellers. "

"Staff were incredibly helpful & pleasant through my short stay. Room was clean & breakfast fresh, as expected with an old property abit tired at areas but like the lift adds to the charm."

"The room was decent but not what I expected. Breakfast was decent but definitely better places to stay in the area. Very convenient location however but the part that gave me the ick was how many little flies were in the bathroom and I also found a spider hiding under the sink. If you plan to be out all day and spend very little time in the room, then it works. "
