Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 180 m² house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 9 guests, for rent in Bolquère. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 560 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (120×190)
- A sleeping area with a single bed (90×190) and a desk
- A sitting area with sofas
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace with mountain views and furniture to enjoy the warm weather.
- A lovely 560 m² garden (not enclosed)
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and in the house's private car park (4 vehicles maximum).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bolquère-Eyne about 2.5 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about 88 km away.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
