"The location of this hotel was fantastic! However there were huge spider webs in our room. There were no rooms to change too so they cleaned and sprayed them. The fumes made it worse. Not the best experience unfortunately. I love giving 5 star reviews and debated even leaving a review. However I think it's something that others should know."

"The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We had an early flight out and were going to miss the breakfast, the manager had a bag of goodies along with waters for our family to enjoy on our way to the airport. The hotel location is close in walking distance to many shopping opportunities and food options. A quiet location, comfortable bed, lovely amenities, clean bathroom. It is truly a charming hotel with all the comforts while traveling. I would book again in a heartbeat."

"Hotel Roma was fantastic! The room was nice and the location was even better. Plenty to do within walking distance. The staff were helpful with getting a taxi and the restaurant for lunch was very good. The included breakfast was much more than we expected based on the typical American hotel and the staff for breakfast were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend Hotel Roma highly."
