"The hotel is in a good location about 12-15 mins walk from the Piazza Maggiore. It's large and has a big lobby and cafe area, and a restaurant tucked away which is perfectly adequate. The staff were super helpful, particularly in the restaurant and at the desk. The building itself is a bit tired but has a charm about it. Room was fine, clean and spacious enough. One thing that isn't helpful is a spa that only opens for 4 hours from 5pm until 9pm. I know people eat later here but if you are traveling for work or want to go out earlier you can't use it. And I booked it because the spa looked good. The gym is excellent with a wide range of machines which you can do a proper workout. Overall I would recommend for the location"

"On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Considering it is called a Boutique Hotel our room was really large with a balcony. Could not fault it. The hotel is approximately 20 mins from the center but at present the laying of new tram lines is causing real traffic problems. I think the buffet breakfast catered for all taste. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is the second time we've stayed. Steps from the train station. Breakfast is nice and the breakfast staff are helpful. Beds are comfortable and the showers are great, especially after a long travel day! Can be a little sketch around the train station at night, but we feel very safe here. "
