The apartment has just been renovated and is located on the ground floor of a condominium. It can accomodate upt to 2 guests. In the nearby street there are a lot of restaurants and bar. It's few steps away to the famous "Finestrella".

Entrance to living room with double bed, sofa, table, desk, TV and equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, moka) equipped with all utensils fto prepare your meals.There's a bathroom with large shower, washing machine, bidet and hairdryer.

Also included are free WIFI internet, heating, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, personal hygiene products (soap and shower shampoo).



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
